Introduction

One of our goals with Genee is to show that high quality services can be provided, and businesses can be profitable, without collecting, buying, selling, sharing or otherwise profiting from data that is yours, or is about you. So in short, we don’t buy, sell or share data with anyone; we collect data only so we can be your Genee; we keep that data under your control; and let you see all that.

The Website

www.geneelabs.com does not load any cookies. You may have noticed that you didn’t get a cookie request? Only companies that sell or share your data, or use it to track website visitors, need to do that. Genee Labs has decided that we don’t want to do that.

When you contact Genee through www.geneelabs.com Genee will not sell or share any details that you provide. We are not able to connect website queries to Genee users, so do not do that.

We are working on Genee and the website prior to launch, and are aware that other things like your browser User Agents and IP address are potential privacy issues. We are looking into dealing with such issues, and stand by our commitment to privacy.

Marketing

Genee advertises in order to gain users and businesses. The Genee team are uncomfortable with most internet advertising however, with regard to data protection and privacy. For that reason you won’t see ads for Genee provided by search engines or social media companies that do not protect user privacy.  

As an aside, we hope our users will tell their friends about Genee, which is a bit old fashioned but is much more in keeping with our principles. You will see Tweets about Genee, and hope our users like Genee enough to pass it on.

Genee does not buy lists of email addresses or phone numbers, and will not work with advertising systems or providers that do not protect privacy.
